Dikgati Mphahlele Attorneys was established in the year 2000 and was incorporated in 2017. Our staff complement includes two attorneys, a Legal PA, one candidate attorney and administrative support staff. Founder of Dikgati Mphahlele Attorneys Inc, Mr. Mphahlele brings over two decades of experience across litigation, judicial service, academia, and governance. He holds a B.Iuris (1994) and LLB (1997) from the University of Limpopo.
He has served as Acting Magistrate at Mankweng and Groblersdal Magistrates' Courts, presiding over civil, criminal, and family matters, and has lectured in Family Law and Property Law at the University of Limpopo.
Adv. Gwangwa holds a B.Proc, LLB, and LLM, with over 20 years of experience in property law, regulatory leadership, and professional mentorship. She served as Registrar of Deeds in Pietermaritzburg and Pretoria, overseeing governance compliance, deeds registration, and rural development initiatives.
